A 31-year-old pedestrian was killed by a hit-and-run driver while trying to cross Route 1 in Woodbridge early Monday, authorities said. The man was struck in the right lane on the southbound side of the highway near Value City Furniture, just past the exit for Route 35, Woodbridge police said.
